What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love the ease of use within the platform. Everything you need is at your fingers and effortless to find! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There isn't much I dislike. I would prefer for address to be easy to copy and paste. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Having everybody's information through searching for a single series of digits greatly improve performance and speed

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love the Insightly app and the functionality it gives me on the go. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The only thing I dislike is the date sequencing in the contact area of day/month/year instead of month/day/year. "Insightly is well-rounded as a CRM and I appreciate that it is always improving"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that we are able to utilize multiple avenues of approach for searching and that there are analytical reports for agent performance and productivity. Insightly is great at encompassing what needs to be done. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? That the reports may not be accurate up to 60 minutes and can cause huge delays/issues for scheduling. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is pretty simple to navigate and a lot of it is clear to understand! It's good for companies that may not have a ton of complicated data and supports a sales-based business. I also like the custom components and a shout out to the dev team for making clear API documentation as well. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Most things are customizable -- we have someone on our team to do the backend work. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There is nothing that I dislike or find unhelpful. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us keep track of our clients.

"Not as updated as other CRM systems."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Navigating through leads/contacts/organizations. Creating list views to simplify search. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Bounceback emails are not marked and must be individually updated. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching target audiences before exporting reports and uploading them into gmail.
