What do you like best? I liked a lot about this software program. How simple it was to teach and learn the basics of the program from booking appointments to checking clients out. I liked how clients were able to book online appointments with the stylist they wanted and the service they wanted on the day that worked for them. Easy to use, additional features extra

What do you like best? Easy to add services and book using codes. What do you dislike? Slow loading cloud insight as it is remote. Additional services, such as text message confirmation are extra. May have too many features for a small business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Did not have booking software prior to using insight. Did everything manually. Really helped to automate process.
