I enjoy using the software it is very user friendly and valuable. The company representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable. This product is exceptional and l would recommend it to all. save a great deal of money by using Innago and it is helpful to have an expert in the field to share their experiences.

A great tool for big and small property owners

Our company has been using Innago for a year and a half. In addition to excellent customer service, responsiveness and quality, Innago continues to expand and offer new solutions that make our jobs easier. I manage a property of 16 units and from the background check, new tenant application, to maintenance request submissions, rent payment and sending rent roll to the accountant and the bank, we are very happy with Innago and will definitely continue to use the platform.

I have been with INNAGO for several years. I manage 60 tenants with fairly high turnover. After trying out several other companies and being disappointed when it comes to customer service or features I finally can across INNAGO. I have been nothing but impressed when it comes to INNAGO. Awesome Service

I used Innago for one of my Property Management clients to keep things organized and to be able to deal with less paper. Innago was a great way to do this and very easy to use. Signing up was easy and if I had any questions with the system or needed help using it, my emails were always answered in a timely manner. Always very professional and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend use Innago!

Dave and his team are so incredibly helpful, from helping me with questions I have to talking directly with tenants that have questions. They are super quick to reply and any questions/changes are taken care of promptly. I never have to worry that the ball will be dropped; I know once it's in Dave's hands it will be taken care of. The website features are incredibly helpful. I know the tenants love having a way to pay online, whereas in the past we were only able to accept payment by mail ...

Best small business property management software

Innago has been a huge help the past few months. I've only been a property manager for 18 months and I couldn't have done it without the help from Innago and their team. I love using the Innago platform and hope to continue having positive experiences as my company grows. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

The solution is flexible, users adapt it quite easily

The staff at Innago has always been helpful and kind. It's always improving and bettering their design to fit the needs of their customers. I am new to using Innago and so far customer service has been great with all my questions in helping me get set up. We especially appreciate that the system is uncomplicated to use and understand. The training videos are very helpful.
