I have had a great experience with Innago, I switch over from a different company that did not want to give me customer service and had a tumbling system. I am so happy to be partnering with Innago and I know I made the best decision for my company when switching over to Innago.

Great program for beginners or novice!!!

Great program! I am new to the investment property business, and Innago has made it that much easier to learn and manage my expenses, incomes, maintenance reminders and SO! much more. They're helpful set up program to get you going is very helpful for navigating the program as a new user, it simply gives you a step by step guid to put in all your information and you're off and running. Great customer service, and a joy to work with. Thank you Innago.

Great Company and Product

We are a property management company that currently manages 200+ rental properties for 40+ investors. We have 3 separate property management agents within our company. We could not do our job smoothly without Innago. We're able to assign specific properties to our 3 different agents, which really helps each agent stay organized and not overwhelmed with the other properties that aren't theirs to handle. Innagos service is great

Innagos service is great! there very responsive with any questions and will stay to help you. I love the fact that they can help you through the phone or through email. Any time I've had questions or needed any help they always gave examples and responded. Easy to learn and use and the tenants are happy with it as well! Also to us, fast payments are important and innago delivers that as well. I highly recommend and excited to see all the cool future features that will continue to come!

Great software and customer service.

Innago is intuitive and easy to use. Their customer service is great. When myself or a tenant needed help they spent time speaking with us and staying with it until the issue was resolved. Innago's software is great and their customer service is how we all wish every customer service engagement occurred.

Excellent Ease of Use & Customer Service

The platform has been very easy to use and intuitive, and has been comprehensive for all of my needs thus far. What has really stood out is the customer service, specifically my account manager, Dave! He has gone above and beyond, and has been very helpful on multiple questions, taking the initiative even to reach out to my client to reduce needless back & forth between the 3 parties.

Excellent property management software!!

The software is free and covers all aspects of property management in an easy interface. Best of all, they have terrific customer support both by email and phone! As a landlady I’m thrilled to have found Innago!
