Awesome Software...and it's free!?

I use the software for both a residential property and a commercial condo association. I was introduced to Innago via a web search and because it was free to me as the landlord of a SFR and that it provided a means of communication with my tenant. Set up was quick, easy and intuitive. Great software, easy to use.

What do you like best about Innago? I have been using this platform for almost 6-7 months now and I absolutely love it. It is free to use for landlords and is very flexible in terms of collecting rent from tenants. It comes with automatic reminders for tenants and plenty of other features. Highly recommended.

So easy to use! Wouldn’t run a rental business without it.

Things that went well: * It was very easy to setup. No challenges. * Very intuitive to invite tenants. * Tenants can easily onboard and start paying. The goal is to move money fast. Opportunities: * Not just background but partner with some company for automating lease document and other documents. * E-Signing lease would be a great plus. * Same day rent disbursement based on reputation would be really awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised when I started using Innago

When a full-time landlord I know recommended Innago, I thought it wouldn't work for me or would be too expensive. But when I checked it out, I was pleasantly surprised. I'll never go back to doing leases and screening tenants manually. And I'll never go back to waiting for a check from a tenant, when Innago offers electronic payments. It's made my landlord responsibilities much easier and I feel more protected legally using Innago.
