Innago is a really nice, and seamless online property management system. Here's my reasoning... When you login you have several tabs towards the left side. You have Dashboard, Properties, Tenants, Applications, Leases and Files, Income, Expenses, Maintenance, Messaging, and Users. "Great product for rental property owners of all sizes"

What do you like best about Innago? I own two properties and needed a solution to effectively track my leases and payments from tenants as well as a way to collect payment and extract the data for tax purposes. Innago was a great solution without having to pay a bunch of upfront costs. They assisted me with the setup and I have had no issues with the service.

The software is easy to use and streamlines my property managing. I Love all of the features Innago has to offer.

What do you like best about Innago? Easy to manage rent collections for multiple properties. Rent collections are automated on both ends (tenant sets up auto-pay, and payments automatically go into whichever account I assign for each property).

I can go on and on, but this software co eta every need you have in property management. Incoming and outgoing is all tracked with tax designation. I feared customer service would be sketchy, but it has also been amazing the 3 times I have needed help.

What do you like best about Innago? Clean viewing and intuitive. I love that it is free too! I love having signing docs and personalized template saving all in one place.
