Great property management software

I love the software because it was free, it allows me to collect rent, it rates potential renters and runs the background check, houses all the loan documents, and allows my tenants to submit repair tickets. It’s a one stop shop!

Autopilot for your properties...

Makes it easy to collect rent from tenants with automatic late notices, reminders to pay. Basically automates the whole process, like autopilot for your rental property; no way I can go back to manually doing this. Tenants can also submit maintenance requests so my dealing with them is now quite limited and reduced to basically just this application.

I have used Innago now for a couple…

I have used Innago now for a couple years. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions and were great to work with in developing our program. The system is excellent, and their customer service is superb. We use it to manage multiple locations and suites. We have over 250 suites that are managed through the Innago system.

Innago has brought out business to the next level with allowing tenants to submit payments online and enroll in automatic payments. It’s also a great tracking tool for maintenance, invoices, and tenant correspondence

Best Free Property Management Software?

After doing some research on several different, very low cost property management software, I stumbled upon Innago. I have been using this software for over a year (for 11 properties) and have not run into any major problems. If you are forced to manage your own properties (like I was), or are willing to take on the responsibility to save the 10% managers charge, I believe this is the best $0 cost way to help organize it.
