Innago has everything I need as a Landlord

Innago has everything I need as a landlord, and has excellent features for being a free software. The lease templates are super helpful to not have to create new leases from scratch each time. Their customer service is also excellent - any time I have had a question they have been able to answer quickly and in depth.

"Amazing software!!"

What do you like best about Innago? Makes it easy to collect rent from tenants with automatic late notices, reminders to pay. Basically automates the whole process, like autopilot for your rental property; no way I can go back to manually doing this. Tenants can also submit maintenance requests so my dealing with them is now quite limited and reduced to basically just this application.

What do you like best about Innago? The software is extremely easy to set up. The user interface is super simple. And best of all it cost you nothing but a small transaction fee to your renters.

What do you like best about Innago? After doing some research on several different, very low cost property management software, I stumbled upon Innago. I have been using this software for over a year (for 11 properties) and have not run into any major problems.
