In general, it is an easy to use platform and more or less intuitive. The customer service has been first rate whenever I have had to contact them. Innago has made managing multiple properties a breeze. I manage 2 apartment complexes and several rental homes. This software has been a God send! Fantastic Property Management Software

I was searching for property management software to implement for our portfolio of residential and commercial real estate. Innago was incredibly easy to implement and essentially costless. Dave Spooner and his team have been among the most responsive and innovative teams I've ever worked with in terms of listening to customer feedback and implementing those suggestions in a timely manner. Innago has the easiest system to use

Innago has the easiest system to use. The first time I used it, I had units and tenants in the system with no problems. Even my elderly tenant thought it was very simple to setup. They have wonderful and responsive customer service. I love that they have esignature and tenant communication capability. I have been using Innago of about a year and have 4 units in it. They also support multiple bank accounts and email addresses which is great if you have more than one LLC. I’m very happy.

What do you like best about Innago? Innago has everything I need as a landlord, and has excellent features for being a free software. The lease templates are super helpful to not have to create new leases from scratch each time. Their customer service is also excellent - any time I have had a question they have been able to answer quickly and in depth.
