They thought of everything!
I'm a technology product manager and own a few properties. I have to say they have really thought of everything and made it so easy. I love that it's free to landlords and so easy for my tenants. They love using it too!

Innago is an amazing rental property…
Innago is an amazing rental property management software that saves me time and MONEY! I use it to manage 18 properties in Ohio while living in California. I would be able to do this without this software. I love the tenant screening, payment and lease management sections of the software. I have had few issues with it and when I have their customer support is the best I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend it.

"Landlord Tenant Portal"
What do you like best about Innago? I use Innago for Tenant Rent Payments, Signing Leases, Messaging, Maintenance Requests. It has customizable features for late fees which is very useful, offers free docs-sign of leases and documents, and their customer chat support is so quick and effective. They have always helped me if I had an issue. I can't imagine managing multiple properties with them!

Ease of use. Perfect manager
Ease of use. This program has given me such a great way to manage my properties efficiently. I’m so happy I found it. I’ve been using it for 2 years and can only imagine the extra planning and details I would have to worry about.

What do you like best about Innago? Invoicing and payment processing features are fantastic. Lease creation and tracking saves time and provides better management efficiency. Innago provides tools that allow landlords to provide great service to tenants at a low cost, whether they have just one property or many more.

Best Value in Property Management Software
I have used Innago to help with managing my rental properties for over 3 years. I chose them over several alternatives because their features were similar, but the costs are much more affordable. Their software has been extremely helpful and given me a professional appearance at a very reasonable cost. They have always been quick to respond to questions.

What do you like best about Innago? Innago has been a great tool for managing my small rental property. It allows me to collect rent electronically and to do electronic lease signing. The system is fairly intuitive and I have never had a tenant complain about using it. The best part is that it's free for the property managers and offers a number of features that you have to pay for with other systems.
