Innago is a wonderful product
Innago is a wonderful product! I’ve been a user for more than a year now. My tenants use it without calling me for tech support nor how to questions.

Innago is easy to use and simple to set up. Cost structure is also very agreeable for small to medium landlords.

Every aspect of the APP works well, one shortcoming
Every aspect of the APP works well. The only shortcoming I have found, is that when a tenant initiates a payment but then cancels it, a notification comes which says it will be in my account the next day, but it doesn't notify me that it was subsequently canceled by the tenant.

Every aspect of the APP works well. The only shortcoming I have found, is that when a tenant initiates a payment but then cancels it, a notification comes which says it will be in my account the next day, but it doesn't notify me that it was subsequently canceled by the tenant.

Perfect for renting a basement apartment
Innago is a perfect solution for my single unit ADU (mother-in-law basement apartment) and makes managing all the paperwork and dues simple as can be.

"They Thought of Everything"
What do you like best about Innago? Free to landlords and has so many features! So easy to use, and it makes it great for my tenants. They literally put it all in the software so you don't have to use other document signatures, etc... tenants can do the full process as soon as I proivde a link and since the application and verification is done through Innago I can just simply accept them as a new tenant and setup their payments all at the same time.
