Review from a RE investor/Property Manager
I started using Innago a couple of months ago to manage my rental properties. What drew me to use Innago was the rent autopayment option for tenants, the ability to customize rental application questions, and the ability to manage tenant documents and signatures through the website. I really like how I can upload and share documents with tenants so they can have access to their signed documents, receipts, etc. at all times.

What do you like best about Innago? Electronic lease signing and being able to give our tenants options for electronic payments. Customer service for Innago is the best!

After cozy was bought by apartments.com I switch to Innago after reviewing a few other products. I like Innago because it's the cheapest option that also supports ETF for rent payment, e-sign leases, and has a mobile app.

Great product
Great product. Extremely user friendly, efficient, and looks great! It was simple and easy to setup for all my needs. I use it every month and have no reason to look back!

What do you like best about Innago? The customer support is by far the best I've seen. Functionality covers everything we need in our business. Also, the price can't be beat!

I'm a self-managing REI with 17 doors. I was a Cozy.co user for years but after they merged with Apartments.com it became apparent that I needed to move away from that platform.
