I've been in Realty for over 20 years. I have used several applications, softwares, journals, and workbooks to keep track of the business and INNNAGO, by far, has been my favorite.

It's great & it's free

I was skeptical of this software at first because it was free, I figured there had to be a catch somewhere but after loosing the scrap paper with the iou for the rent for the umpteenth time I decided to give it a try. I found myself with time to spare the morning that I scheduled for innago to help me set it up for the 2 rental properties (4 units) that I own and manage in my spare time so I figured I would get a head start so as I wouldn't appear as ingorant about software when the geeks ...

What do you like best about Innago? Innago has enabled me to streamline the lease signing and rent collection processes, which can be two of the most tedious chores for a landlord. It is easy to use, my tenants have navigated the site without any issues.

What do you like best about Innago? This software is modern, free for landlords and has the best customer service. They always respond super quick, which is unusual these days.

Best rent software I've found

Couldn't be happier with my switch to Innago. My tenants love it, and it's free for me as a landlord. The best thing though is their customer support - they are always so quick to get back to me, which is unusual these days!
