Great website for owners and/or property managers. Keep track of, and prepare, your leases online. Get e-signatures and store all your leases in one place. Communicate with tenants and keep track of all your expenses. Makes life so much easier.

Easy to use and the best customer service!

We use Innago to manage our rental property and it has made it so easy to screen tenants, collect payments online and manage everything all in one place. Plus their customer service is unbelievably great! Oh and it’s free for landlords which is the icing on the cake!

What do you like best about Innago? I'm a first-time landlord who is also house-hacking by the room. This software was a game-changer for me. Rent collection is fantastic. My tenants get automatic reminders, and many of them sign up for auto-pay. No more "friendly reminders" and manual late payment enforcement.

Innago - Landlord/Tenant Management Software

I use Innago to collect rent for a number of my commercial properties. I switched to Innago after apartments.com purchased Cozy.co, as apartments.com no longer allowed rent to be collected on commercial units (residential rent collection only). Overall, Innago is very easy to setup and use. It also makes it very easy to communicate with tenants, create and upload lease agreements and other documents, and manage your rental properties.

I'm a first-time landlord who is also house-hacking by the room. This software was a game-changer for me. Rent collection is fantastic.
