"Great for rookie investors"

What do you like best about Innago? The system is very useful, simple to use, and provides all the information I need. The lease setup, posting of available units, credit checks, and online payment are all simple and greatly appreciated. I also use the maintenance tracker to keep track of needs.

A great App to manage Rent Payments and Communications between Landlord/Property Manager and Tenant

Pro: Love that it is Free to Landlords/property managers, and Easy to integrate with existing property management processes once a unit is rented. Easy to use, and love that it is accessible everywhere (I.e. has mobile app for both tenants and landlord/managers). Best Property Management Software Hands Down

I have been using Innago for awhile now. The software is great, as I can customize it to how my leases are written, everything is in one place, the billing function is great and I can easily see what is happening at a glance. Tenants love everything being in one place, being able to setup auto pay, having maintenance requests within the portal. I started using Innago when we bought our first tri-plex a last summer. I have had great success in managing now seven total properties, one ag parcel and 6 residential units. The property management helps me track tenant payments, maintenance requests, postings of available units and much more. Not only has it been free and easy, but my tenants have been able to adopt it quickly. Innago is the perfect app for real estate people.

I bought my first duplex back in the summer of 2021. It was perfect for everything that I thought I would struggle with. It keeps everything in order, you don’t have to interact with your clients in person unless you really have to. The message center, leasing pages and maintenance sections are perfect.
