I have been with Innago for over a year now. I have never had an issue with the software. They have truly simplified the property management process for me. I do not have to worry about keeping track of my tenants' payments or requests as it's all logged and tracked for me; I even receive reminders/notifications.

Great for small multi-family owner

Great for a small multi-family property owner. My tenants know to use the platform to communicate with me. Keep history and documentation of agreements and exchanges all in one place. Billing and lease management are great.

Innago has been great for the year or so I have been using it. I am able to keep up with my credit checks, leases, properties and tennants in one place. It can handle payments and late fee processing. Any maintenance can be tied to a property. Keeping all this together will make records needed at tax time a breeze to produce.
