Its platform offers features that would normally be available only at a much higher price. Using Innago, you can customize and screen applications, run background checks, electronically sign documents, and collect payment -- all within the software. What do you like best about Innago? Innago has been extremely helpful in tracking all incoming rent, outgoing expenses, and allows users you pay you directly through the app! You can choose whether or not you will take on the $2 ACH / 2% debit transaction fees or have your tenants assume those costs. It allows tenants to message for issues and for you to resolve them. What do you like best about Innago? Innago is very intuitive and easy to use so there isn't a learning curve. They give you the service for free and your tenants pay a small $2 fee to use the app. It's a great idea!
