What do you like best about Innago? I like how many features are integrated into the software, including the ability to make lease templates, get them electronically signed, get proof of insurance and take multiple forms of payment all inside a single platform. Also, Sharlene is support is *awesome!*

It has made the collection of rent and invoicing of tenants very simple and easy for both sides of the transaction. The customer service is far better than any other system I have reviewed. Innago is a great platform. It allows me to track rents, maintain a database of tenants, complete paperwork, share documents, and request insurance. Customer service is always prompt in providing solutions and answering calls and questions.

Innago provided extensive options and support to me as a landlord making a property management service obsolete. Very glad I chose Innago after being a user for months now. Customer support has been great and my tenants are able to pay rent using multiple options.

What do you like best about Innago? I chose Innago for the great customer service, 1-day turnaround for ACH rent payments, and the user interface from both the tenant and landlords side. They knocked all those aspects out of the park. Every time I've called, I speak directly to a rep. I don't have to go though a teleprompt. Their interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, unlike their competitors. They can also publish to popular listing websites making this a one stop shop for me.
