Beats paying massive amounts to Quickbooks
I was looking for another property management solution when quickbooks started charging $10 for every ACH transactions. I tried many software option and settled on Innago and have been using it for about 2 years. For the price you pay which is effectively 0 it does the job.

Innago best thing since sliced bread
Innago has made my property management an ease. I love that everything can be done electronically. If I don't understand something I love the fact I can talk to an actual person and not a robot! Highly recommend especially for small landlords like myself.

Pretty good
They actually have customer service that will call or email you back. Also they don't hold your funds as long as others. But the first payment did take a long time to go through. Also It's not as intuitive of an interface as Zillow that I used before . But now that I've figured it out it seems to be working pretty well.

What do you like best about Innago? Not only is their software very robust but it's FREE for landlords. Yes you heard me correct, it's FREE. It is an all-encompassing property management software that handles tenant maintenance requests, rent payments, communications, electronic leases, and much much more. Great job Innago!

I've tried a lot of online property…
I've tried a lot of online property management systems, and this is one of the most comprehensive. There's a lot of features coming it takes some time to get used to it, but very well designed.

Honestly I like the software software…
Honestly I like the software software pretty easy to use I was able to figure out only pretty much how I did on on certain houses certain individuals Parcel numbers,
