"Fantastic FREE tool for independent landlords!"

What do you like best about Innago? My wife and I are small-time landlords. We use Innago to collect rent, sign leases, screen applicants, manage maintenance requests, and store documents (walk-throughs, welcome letters, etc). "Innago is a great property management software"

What do you like best about Innago? Innago keeps track of my accounting, logging all expenses, credit, fees, etc. The program has a user-friendly interface for both the tenant and landlord portal. Payments can be made via Innago and transferred into any US bank account. Innago sends reminders to tenants informing them of upcoming bills. They also will call tenants if bills are past due. Overall this is a great software to use.

What do you like best about Innago? Innago has been a great tool with our property management. We utilize 90% of what it has to offer to fulfill our needs. It helps keep us on track with our payments, lease, and tenants. It is very landlord friendly and keeps healthy boundaries between landlord and tenant.

"Best thing since sliced bread!"

What do you like best about Innago? I love the landlord portal and ease of it. The customer service is A1. The fact that you can talk to an actual human and not a robot is amazing. Highly recommend to all of my new landlords.

We chose Innago to help with our property management. They are landlord friendly and the automated features makes everything smooth and easy. If we ever have a question, they are quick to reply and help. Our tenants like the ease of being able to make a payment without needing to be in constant with us.
