Great tool for small scale property owner

I own and manage about 20 units of residential rental property and looked at many options to take online payments. I decided on Innago because the price was good for all the features. After using it for just over a year, I'm very happy with the features that I use - online payment, signing leases online, and taking applications online. There was a bit of a learning curve but the support from Innago is very good whenever I had a question.

We have been using Innago for a little over a year with our first rental. From electronic signing to collecting rent, it does it all! One of my favorite features is rent collection. It's all handled online! My tenant loves the ease of just logging in and paying. There are no fees for the property management team as Innago passes on the small fee to the tenant (you can change that if you'd rather eat the fee). Rock Solid and Indispensable

Rock Solid and Indispensable Perfect for my small business of 3 properties. That said, I believe Innago would be the ideal tool for a far larger group / variety of properties. Each and every feature does exactly what it says it does, from lease management/creation, to invoices, to application/tenant management, to expenses, to maintenance requests, etc. There are many ways to look at the numbers and I know they are accurate.
