What do you like best about Inkling? My favorite thing about Inkling is the ease of use for building training documents. The drag-and-drop preset patterns, along with our branding being built in, help eliminate the need to be a great designer and allow the user to focus on the content portion. The drag and drop technology allows users to learn the process quickly and design courses with little to no design background needed. What do you dislike about Inkling? We use Inkling heavily for internal use cases but would like to expand that to external stakeholders and customers. We're always looking for ways to optimize the process. We add checklists, utilize communications, and execute regular new product training for all of our field employees. Inkling offers great data integration, is forward-thinking in their product space, and completely customer-obsessed. They always ask for feedback and are willing to listen ...
