What do you like best? I like the capabilities to filter quickly and produce results fast. There is flexibility in choosing the data you would like to see What do you dislike? Exporting to excel was not a delivered function and had to be requested, which was odd for a reporting tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? As a cloud solution, the tool is available 24x7 and for any of our users, internally and on the road.
