What do you like best about Indeemo? The data we got back was very rich and layered--much more than I expected, as someone trained in in-person ethnographic methods. People spoke intimately very quickly, perhaps because they were alone when they recorded. What do you dislike about Indeemo? What do you like best about Indeemo? The best thing about Indeemo was the customer support. The team was very responsive and communicative. Within the tool itself, Indeemo was user-friendly on both the researcher and the participant sides. The project setup was straightforward and it was so helpful to have the support team load the project into the platform and provide feedback along the way. What do you like best about Indeemo? I like that Indeemo makes it easy for users to record their screen while using the app, as well as record themselves answering research prompts within the app itself.
