Every Time I Put In For A Position I Never Get A Call For An Interview Or Get That Position.

I have applied to better than 100 jobs.

I have applied to better than 100 jobs. To date NOTHING! Age discrimination if you ask me. I possess credentials that go beyond the pay grade yet NOTHING! Also, Bealls, Lowes, and others, advertise a full time position. But, when you go and sit down to interview, the job is a part time position. DECEPTIVE to say the least! EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!

for starters i got an interview, and i was t expecting to get hired based off the fact they dont hire 15 year olds that often, but from the start she said she loved my attitude and she was very nice. She gave me the job. i cant wait to start working and making my own money and i am so happy she gave me this opportunity, and i feel like i can do great things with this.

Quality Over Low Could Mean Higher Pay

It was a unique experience I have never tried this platform. Most of the employers mentioned I was over qualified or not willing to negotiate rates of pay based on my resume'. In summary I had to step outside of my scope of work and found a position on the opposite end of my resume'. Just my suggestion for employers to keep in mind if they want quality for 12-15 years of experience paying more than $20.00 per hour is an investment for a qualified candidate.
