I'm getting my best results from Indeed. But I'm getting too many unqualified candidates for my job postings. The screening questions are not helping to reduce that number. I have to reject 75-100 candidates before I see one that is somewhat close to what we need.

The Only Thing I Don’t Like It That Some Of This Jobs Looking For Certain Things You May Be Qualified For But You Can’t Truly Express It Because Everything Is Digital It Preselected For Them
