Too much junk, but an easy application process.

I got WAY too many emails about irrelevant positions, was shown way too many positions that I did not qualify for even when trying to filter out those things. This made the job search part feel very overwhelming. The application process to jobs was at least made easier by being able to submit screenings I had already done, at least.

Indeed is a very good tool to use for finding jobs.

Adjusting campaigns is painful at times

Being able to change your jobs within sponsored campaigns is frustrating. Oftentimes the system just holds after you've deselected roles and selected new ones to sponsor. It sits with a wheel turning and won't all you to update it. The analytics insights are very useful and I like the reporting tools - but adjusting campaigns is painful at times.
