Honestly I do like how easy indeed…

Honestly I do like how easy indeed makes it to apply to jobs. I don't like submitting 30 applications and only 4 of them being viewed. I think it may have to do with employers not updating statuses on where you are in the hiring process but it would be better if there was a way to ensure the job seeker knew. Outside of that, some of the recommended jobs are way out of the ballpark. I was eventually able to find work through indeed.

I really appreciate the job posts that you give out ,but most of all I dislike the fact that the employers don’t reply

We are wasting our money…

We have very clear qualifications listed for and admin and accounting positions. We are paying full prices and getting absolutely no qualified candidates and then when we think we have enough to line up interviews three out of every five are no-shows regardless of how many times you confirm that they are coming! We are wasting our money.

Stop policing information

I would like to say that INDEED need to stop policing information for example indeed is a platform for job seekers to go for information about perspective jobs that their interested in learning about correct ?? Opened my eyes to new career options

Indeed opened my eyes to many options for career paths I hadn't even considered, and the job I ended up getting was actually as a result of an employer discovering my profile through a search and contacting me. I did apply for 23 other jobs before this happened, so it took me about 4-6 weeks but in the end, I found something that should be fulfilling and seems like I could be very successful doing. I applied for 16 jobs on a Sunday

I applied for 16 jobs on a Sunday. I especially liked those I could apply for & submit my resume directly though indeed. Some jobs required a 3rd party site where you had to create an account, user name, & pw to apply. I stayed away from those because it was just too much to remember everyone & next thing you knew you would get slammed with emails from other 3rd party sites. I had 6 proposals & interviews by Tuesday. Accepted & was fully hired for 2 jobs by Thursday. Thank you indeed!

Finally, received employment.

I was able to finally find a job in 3 weeks. On some of the job posts, they have required personality tests. Personality test are not accurate at all and tend to give a negative reflection on a person. When I was interviewed, they had witnessed that I was somewhat different than what the test portrays. So it was confusing/not reassuring to know what my personality was exactly like and therefore, it would require time to know what type of person I am. So I did not get that job. However, I ...
