Adhere to the filters
Adhere to the filters. I don’t want to see ads for full-time positions when I requested part- time. Only two of 10 companies that I applied to even responded. I applied to one twice and they still haven’t responded yet I still get their ad in my feed. Several others indicated that the position is closed when started the application.

I have never landed a job till now, may be my resume is incorrect, but i have work experience of over 25 years back in my country, and i also had lot of trainings which is indicated in the resume, but its not valued here in canada. Just get bombarded with emails but no call backs and companies in my trade all a let down , so I went out and found my own job , site is just full of corporate snowflakes imo

Applied for several jobs but don’t seem to get very many replies. Not sure if it’s not having enough knowledge or experience. Hopefully one day I will find that great part time job/ opportunity I’m looking for.

I don’t like that I am automatically…
I don’t like that I am automatically screened without having an actual person look at my application. I know indeed uses AI do that and it’s not accurate. I some cases immediately after applying I have noticed that I have (Not been selected) even though my resume was not viewed by the employer. This has happened in a few instances and even for jobs that I am suitable for or have done in the past
