Recently I went to indeed to see about reviews on a Department I worked for many years ago, well I noticed Indeed took it down multiple times. They claimed it did not follow their guidelines! Deceitful company

Deceitful company. Getting charged £30 per applicant unless you reject them in 72 hours. Most don't even turn up for interviews within 72 hours or at all. If you reject them to avoid the charge, they definitely don't turn up. Some applicants don't even respond to phone calls or emails. I'm sure Indeed just send applications from random people so they can charge you. Truly awful company. Avoid at all costs. Pointless assessments and spam links

I keep getting sent assessments to my email after applying for a role. I click on the link and it wont allow me to complete it. I try and copy and paste the link into another browser and it asks me to use the link in the email. Customer service is awful there is no one to help or talk to they keep sending me to articles that have no relevance to the problem I am having. Indeed's website and review system

Indeed's website as a whole make it quick and easy to apply for a job. It's a useful, impersonal service. I have found it useful and it seems to reflect the jobs available in a given area fairly well. I do think their system for reviewing employers actually makes it difficult to talk about a company. You can't tell stories they deem too personal, you can't come off as spiteful (by their judgement), you can't say if you think a practice violated any kind of health and safety standard, ...

Is not helpful to obtain your goals

I honestly thought this was a credible site. I recently got scammed by one of the jobs listed on indeed. Beside that I’ve applied to many jobs and still haven’t gotten a response back. I feel like indeed is pointless. Having a required response within a specific time frame would be more ideal. At this point I feel like it’s a waste of time and I’d rather not use the website anymore. Two weeks and nothing

Two weeks, several different proofs of business and all of them following the list they ask for, still not able to post a job.
