They just charge you!!

I have just received an email stating that a payment/invoice of €23.99 has been made. This is completely unexpected as when signing up, I was able to try the platform for at least 3 days, and I was supposed to receive an email when this period had expired. However, I never received such an email, and my ad has not even run for 3 days yet. It is very unpleasant not to receive any information about the expiration of my trial period and suddenly be required to pay an amount. I would appreciate ...

A generic hiring platform, look elsewhere

A generic hiring platform which has users (prospective employers and employees) wasting time formatting "auto-fill" boxes which clear their own data with new uploads, non-sense assessments, and too many fake accounts/bot applicants.

I have posted a administrative…

I have posted a administrative assistant job for my company. I received an email that the job would not post until I verified my company information. I called and verified my information the first time. I was told the job should post in about one hour. I called the following day when I noticed the job was not posted. I was told I had to call the same number to verify my company again. I then waited for the job to post and it did not post. I contacted indeed through email and they sent me a ...

Indeed has a misspelled word in their app...

You know this is not MY PROBLEM This is a problem of the Indeed app I'd be doing my best to change the misspelled word instead of trying to deflect a user of my free program if I owned Indeed I would wonder why someone would let my company know there is a misspelled word in the Indeed app If I owned Indeed I would wonder if people who work for me really cared about how my company looks how I would want people to see my company If I owned Indeed I would want my boss to say Indeed family ...

Stupidly ban you from answering…

Stupidly ban you from answering questions on your own job. On their site. One I've done for loooooong time. Since opened, Indeed, anyways! (Since 2004). Fewer than zero guidelines broken. No explanation given. Because. Whom am I? The peon, "apparently"!? Just. Arrogance. Let us all tell them, rather, only, HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. Ridiculous and insulting. *Edit after racket's-reply*; I saw their replies after I posted this-here-review; but please pay attention to certain rackets', mealy ...

Complaint department does not exist

Not sure here. It's a funny company. They are designed to help you get a job. But, if you tell them something is not quite right with their service, instead of dealing with it and acting upon it as feedback to help them improve, they do something else. Instead they just send you dizzy and go round in circles with you saying this, that and the other but don't actually get to the bottom of the problem. They don't even show acknowledgement that they understand your issues. It's a very very ...

Employer’s Must Do Better

I like Indeed’s job post. They’re “in your face” so you can click and go. Most ads are concise and direct. The employer’s do a good job in that respect. However where they are lacking is employer’s are still not good at responses after you apply. Some are but most are not. There’s a courtesy that a job seeker should receive after applying for their opportunity, particularly when you’re redirected to their company website to apply which is highly time consuming. That’s why the 3-stars exist!
