Overcharging/ fake candidtes
Overcharging, lots of abroad candidates even when my job states must be local and drive.Charged £194.00 for a 3 days advert with zero suitable applicants, suitable being in the UK. not one uk applicant. its a very poor service and i think half the candidates are made up, ie not real people.I tested this by messaging 9 of them, not 1 reply. I complained and got a £100 refund which was then charged again to my account of fake candidtes that didnt exist in my opinion. save your mental health ...

Not a good company. Indeed they will steal from you.…
I singed up for resume subscription I paid $319 and 4 days later they charged me $543 and they would not credit me back and today after I talked to them they charged me another $271. They are horrible and they told me if I dispute it they will not give me my money back at all.

Can't login without 3 step…
Can't login without 3 step verification. Password + email code + a forced add a phone number for "2 step verification". How about no? Leave me alone and quit forcing people to give you personal data. No customer service or contact options, therefore a negative review.
