We have been dealing with Indeed for more than a decade. Great historic relationship until the ground rules were changed. We placed tens of thousands of jobs in that time. Our group of companies has paid indeed many tens of thousands of pounds in that time. Suddenly out of nowhere despite our many years of advertising, our account was suspended. No warning, no contact. I suspect they advertise lucrative looking jobs that don't exist .They then have your details and spam you. I applied for a job I ticked every box for and I had done the same job for another company. I never heard anything back. At the same time I started receiving emails from indeed employees asking me to apply for jobs that were not in any way suitable for me.

Absolutely the worst place to advertise for employment!! They have Zero customer service, they take a huge chunk of money from employers to advertise. They do not care if all you’re getting is overseas applicants, they do not filter like they claim. There is also no way to say to them, hey this person has applied 100 times and has never called us back. Yet as an employer we have to advertise so it’s as tho they know it’s easy free money! Posted a legitimate job opportunity. Got lots of interest in two days. Account suspended for no reason wasting many hours of effort with no appeals process. Terms of service seem to have been met entirely.
