Terrible Support Experience

Terrible Support Experience. They froze our account, took our information (our credit card details, multiple sensitive private business documents) - and they send copy/pasted responses directing me to their HELP FORUM for further advice... and this from the Dedicated Business support team, ouch. Avoid at all costs, company clearly doesn't care about you.

Most useless place to look for jobs. If I am located in Europe, I need to be able to select European Union as an option. EDIT: No need to reply if your answer is not going to address my problem. I am asking EUROPEAN UNION as an option. NOT individual countries. Thanks for nothing.

I want to close or deactivate my…

Since joining indeed I've had not one job offer but hundreds of scam offers. I decided to close or deactivate the account but Indeed does not give me that option! I should not have to ask indeed to leave their useless network, I should be free to do so! There should be regulations and penalties for companies that force users to remain in their network by deliberately removing access to the close or deactivate button. This is INDEED the worst job site! And I bet one of their customer service ...

I ain't ever using Indeed again

I ain't ever using Indeed again. I wasted so much time on that crap and couldn't find a job. All I got was empty promises and useless job listings. I'm hella pissed off. I almost lost hope, but then I stumbled upon another company where I managed to start working. I don't recommend it, y'all! Looks for job eslewhere, my friends.
