It was fairly easy to post a job on the site. The Pay Per Application system works well for us at our church. When I searched The Matched candidates they were not exactly what we were looking for. However the candidates that Indeed selected for our posting were a much better choice for us.

Crooks!

They charged our company $375 when our account was paused. I had called in before hand knowing we would be out of town and was walked through how to put everything which I did. This was an unauthorized charge and when I called they tried to talk circles around me, no help, nothing. Do not use indeed they are crooks! Absolute crap company.

An absolute nightmare company

An absolute nightmare company. Consistently sending 20 jobs every day - when I don't have the relevant qualifications the job actually asks for on its listing. I think employers and companies DONT need indeed and by using indeed are just throwing your money away.

Useless for advertising and customer service

*in response to Indeed's reply- all documents were supplied - TWICE. Then resubmitted, when told my Certificate of Insurance could have been altered and to submit something else... all done again- twice more with bills that contain address and company name. Then I get a canned response to check the FAQs. Essentially starting over again. I suggest that your team read their FAQs- as I have no problem submitting the documents that you required. I have had an employer account for last 4 years, ...

Frustrating Verification and Lackluster Support

My experience with Indeed's verification process and customer support has been incredibly frustrating. Despite providing clear explanations that our business doesn't have a physical address, the verification system seems to lack flexibility and understanding. Support has been inattentive and inefficient, with emails seemingly not being read properly and a lack of progress in resolving the issue. It's been a long process of back-and-forth emails spanning weeks, yet we're still nowhere closer ...

don't pay based on resumes you think you see before you pay.

The monthly fee is ridiculous and to make it worse before you sign up and search resumes, the resumes they show you are fake or so old they are no longer there. I pulled up about 13 resumes and then decided to pay so I could contact them. When I finished paying and went back to search those resumes, they were not there. Not one. Don't waste your money.
