It was easy to post for the job

It was easy to post for the job, and we had more than enough applicants within a few days and hired multiple people within a week.

Pricing policy and unqualified candidates.

1) No one will ever convince me that Indeed's pricing policy is not INTENTIONALLY confusing and convoluted. 2) Most of the candidates are not qualified for the job that we have advertised for. They seem to think that any work that they have done that is mechanical in nature or any driveway repairs that they may have done qualifies them as an auto technician. I don't know how you can REALLY police that but it is a problem.

two problems

Can't figure out how to log into my business account instead of my personal, used two different email addresses and yet both log me into my personal. Current job opening that I'm running has the wrong title on it and I can't find a way to get any help on either issue.

I searched answering service postions in New Jersey. There are different postions that do not relate to answering service. Also any position I sent apps to never reply. If I send to Craigslist. Get immediate responses. I dont like the scam jobs. "we saw your profile"! some are for medical assistant positions. My resume does not state that I am a medical assistant

Over 95% of the people who apply for any of my jobs don’t have the experience for the job, don’t even live in the area and aren’t even eligible in to work in the UK and businesses are supposed to “pay-per-click” for this rubbish?!
