Been applying on indeed for a while now but I have not get any positive response from any other company. That's what I can contribute

From a user perspective

From a user perspective, this site is getting worse and worse and worse every single day. It used to be the best job search site. First I couldn't scroll through. Now every time it is asking me to sign in and takes ages to send the needed code. It is an absolute nightmare to use at this point.

Eye Accedemy Windsor I was interviewed via indeed messaging and a telephone call. All communication after this was via WhatsApp I was shown how to do the diagnostics on the first day I worked there, following that I was expected to do diagnostics on every patient whether they needed it or not to get the experience. The next 3 days I worked was on reception, no formal training in place. I was shown how to do something in about 5 mins and then get on with it. It takes approximately 3 months ...

Indeed removes genuine reviews

Indeed removes genuine reviews, blocks employees from posting reviews about companies, while only allows companies to rate themselves with 4 & 5 star reviews! Same company is rated 4.3 on Indeed, while it's rated 2.3 on Glassdoor. Both have 500+ reviews, but obviously Indeed reviews are in favour of the companies!

Seems to be a fill in the blanks type of resume with info provided and not a professionally written resume. It’s written as if you’re talking about yourself in the 3rd person with incomplete sentences no less. I can’t edit it to fix it. It’s a bit over the top referring to yourself in the third person and as ‘remarkable’, for example. If they don’t add current classes you’re taking or remove their own fill in the blanks portions, it counts as a rewrite when you request those fill in the ...

I have requested jobs for Spanish…

I have requested jobs for Spanish Interpreter either in medical for educational fields but keep getting jobs I do not have qualifications for example Spanish teacher requires paraprofessional certs. and mostly Bachelor degree requirements so nothing is for me. I have a Medical Interpreter certificate and also an Associate Degree and have also over 7 years of bilingual customer service.

This company is horrible I Attempted…

This company is horrible I Attempted several times to post a job ad. I kept receiving a response saying. I needed to provide more documentation. I clearly asked what documents then provided what they requested. 4 times they denied my post without. Explaining what about the document was not accepted. I repeatedly asked for a contact number to reach them with no answer. Only an automated response, terrible.
