I deed its just great. Since the day I opened the app, I started getting adds about job that were good fit for me. It took me 2 day to get an interview. Indeed really helps.

I like the way you do things now where I can decline applications and not be charged. I do wish that people who apply would follow up with interviews or just not respond if they are not interested. The majority of applicants who respond never follow through.

My genuine real experience for a company got rejected several times after multiple changes to comply with their guidelines. I went through their guidelines to make sure my review would be posted but even after contacting them they would only give an idea why reviews in general got rejected. I even checked that my comments had the same text in previous reviews such as "favortism" or "bullying". I tried to be descriptive and then summarized it when that didn't work. 2nd Update: Ultimately, Indeed directed well-qualified candidates to my listing. It was a rocky start, but I suspect future listings will go more smoothly using Indeed. Business service very slow

Their customer service for Business needs lacks effectiveness and efficiency. Taking weeks to months to resolve business issues after creating the account and providing government documentation to show validity. Indeed lacks follow up via email or phone communications to help resolve issues as well, you must contact them first which creates dissatisfaction. Quick to reply to there comments but not to there business account needs for utilization of Platform.
