They remove reviews unfairly

They removed the negative review I left for my former employer. They said it was because it went against their guidelines or something. I don’t see how it went against their guidelines. I did some research online and it turns out they do this a lot. Don’t trust the reviews on their site. They say they want us to leave reviews but only if the reviews are positive it looks like. Very shameful

no customer service

Every time I am calling indeed number for support or customer service I am being just transferred to their answerphone mail box. Their Indeed mail box is always full and you cant leave any message. Than you will get just disconnected. Unbelievable... If you don't belie me than try to call them on 01137331526 before you give them your bank details! They are very fast to charge you for their service. If anything goes wrong you have massive headache to get in touch with them.

They want you to review firms and when you do they keep fobbing you off with stupid red tape. Probably because the firms you're trying to rate are their customers
