WAIST TIME
I don’t like that the number of people who have already applied for jobs are not displayed until after I apply for that job. If I review the next day and it shows 600-700 people have applied that may only be for a few positions I have waisted a lot of time in applying and taking assessments which I will more than likely withdraw my application or no longer interested for that job.

You don't give clear feedback. When not selected, you give no reasons, and applicant have to go check before knowing he was not selected. Have not had any interview so far, after viewing or messaging
