There's no communication beyond applying

The salaries are not transparent, half the time they're wrong. No one ever updates, nor views the applications, even the "urgently hiring". Got alot of businesses that aren't actually looking for anyone posting. The talent scouts keep suggesting positions you're not qualified for. Easy apply is so far the only real positive, everything else as far as a job search engine, are what it's designed to do, so no real positive or negative there
