Please avoid using indeed at all cost. Over charged many times! You are charged per person they find and they will bring you un qualified people not in your area. When you point out the dreadful matches they have given you there is no chance of getting an actual refund unless you go through your bank against their will. Even after technical difficulties with their website and admitting they stopped the app because it wasn't very good. The website is not mobile friendly and you have a short ...

We've been hiring on Indeed for years

We've been hiring on Indeed for years. Back in 2020 when the pandemic was in full swing, we paid Indeed well over $5,000 for absolutely nothing, because no one was applying, yet we were being billed. When we called to complain, Indeed told us that we could switch to a new pay-per-application model and they credited us $200. Although we were very upset and did not feel they made restitution, we really liked the new pay method especially because applicants apply to jobs willy-nilly and most ...
