I have successfully recruited via Indeed in the past, most recently in 2020. One of my team is leaving so I wanted to re-advertise the job. I found my account disabled pending "verification" of my employer status. That should have been easy enough except that they sent a boiler plate email requiring documents that only an incorporated employer or a recruitment agency could provide. Appalling Customer Service

I have been locked out of my business account with a request to verify my identity, despite taking regular payment without any issue. Having provided all requested documentation, I've been advised to seek specialist assistance. Rather than transfer my case to a specialist advisor, I've been told to resubmit my request in its entirety, to a separate team.
