A lot of applications seem to be denied because of race and I find it weird. And not sure if it’s the company but I’m very qualified for every job that’s applied to, or I wouldn’t apply if I wasn’t. Also never get responses back after setting up interviews. This is an everyday thing when I apply. I've only had 2 jobs in the last 17 years. One of those jobs lasted 15 years and would still be there if the owner didn't retire. I was very nervous looking for a new job. I use Linkedin, and Careerbuilder too, but nothing has ever come from anything on there. Only Indeed seems to get me a job.
