Indeed Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Don't force me to download your app

I have always used and recommended Indeed. But suddenly they are forcing me to download their app or I can't access any job listing. I have no patience with a company that gives me no options or choice.

Indeed only prints good reviews

Ok let's be constructive here indeed only prints favorable reviews and let's be honest who would slam paying clients? Problem with this is in a mans world, there is still plenty sexist men. I am a female CDL holder and if you don't want to hire me don't waist my time and your money! Indeed directs you to write about environment about the job. They only write good reviews. If they would print honest reviews they would save woman a lot of time, they would save there clients a lot of money! ...

They banned us and would not allow us…

They banned us and would not allow us to access our candidates that we had been PAYING for. We paid thousands of dollars to indeed every single month, and they would not give us a reason for the ban and would not allow us to access any of the candidates we paid to get.

We have spent £100s on Indeed job…

We have spent £100s on Indeed job adverts and have never even got to the interview stage with any applicants. If you are advertising for a lower end job I wouldn't waste your time or money. This is more a government problem with the UK that the actual site, which I am sure works well with high end job searches.

The worst job online portal that there is constantly failing on mobile and pc. Support is an absolute joke it doesn't exist. It keeps saying I have to sign in to save jobs I'm already signed in I don't want to use your garbage app on mobile cuz it's complete trash fix this complete garbage website it's utterly useless at this point outdated jobs for months everything in French what an absolute joke this website is

SPEND LIMIT

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I set a spending limit on my account for the month, expecting it to prevent overspending. However, once the month ended, the limit reset and automatically reactivated roles that I had not closed. This led to charges for roles that were no longer live—exactly the situation I was trying to avoid by setting a limit.
