My experience has been I've been applying for qualified opportunities and don't hear back from the employer. Then week later I see that the opportunity is closed. The hiring employer should mark candidate not selected. I've been trying to find opportunities in my field of expertise and it's proving to be difficult.

almost 4 months of applying never hearing back from employers, learning most posts are FAKE JOBS, and overall negative experience. but i have to do it because indeed is literally a monopoly when it comes to applying to jobs. You really dont have another option

I've been trying to get a job for FIVE YEARS with this 'recruitment site.' I'm still jobless. I have 30 years of experience in administration and reception, payroll and sales. I score 'highly proficient' in their online reception test. I've applied for hundreds of jobs within 10 miles of my locality. In my opinion, it is a total waste of your time to register with Indeed. Most of the jobs don't even state how many hours they are for. I'd be surprised if many of the jobs actually exist. ...
