Indeed and others can do better

I have used Indeed every time I have looked for a new job. It’s not completely Indeeds fault, but it has been a pain in the butt to look for jobs lately. Too many job posting from employers that aren’t actually hiring, too many job postings that have been on there 30+ days that are not longer hiring. I’ve applied for so many jobs on Indeed just to find out that the place isn’t even hiring. I wish Indeed would find a way to make it easier for employees and working people to find jobs on ...

I found that most job listings were "spaghetti on the wall" listings

I found that most job listings were the equivalent to throwing spaghetti on the wall. i am surprised i was actually able to find a real job offer.

You guys have companies on here that scamming people and having them work for months and not paying them I’ve ran into four companies and I’ve tried to contact you guys about it to let you know what was going on. No one has contacted me back about it.

Spam?

For some strange reason this company has decided to start send me emails and policy updates even though I have never had any dealings with them whatsoever, I've never even heard of them. It's a no reply address and no option to unsubscribe.

Indeed has been OVER-RUN with spam ads and companies posting fake job postings. It’s more difficult than ever to find a good job online!!

Very frustrating to put a job there

Very frustrating to put a job there. The verification process is not straight forward and seems like the team has no clarity on which documents are valid or not. We wasted a lot of time posting and advertising our job ads on Indeed website.
