Not necessarily important to me always, but no breaks were given in an 8 hour shift and no lunch break. Realizing mail needs to be delivered by dark, this still posses a problem with some individuals.

As an employer
As an employer , I do find indeed very difficult to navigate. Job listings suspended for not being sponsored, when they are sponsored they want to increase my budget, job paused 2-3 days before the end date, lots of applicants that don’t fit the Job listing description, applicants from overseas (even though the job is in person in the uk) The few applicants that fit the criteria apply, but then don’t respond when you make contact?….. not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I’ve spent an ...
