Indeed very poor indeed

Indeed was ok a few years back I've been trying to reach employers but each time I do a sear for Telehandler drivers or operators with a 30 mile radius nothing comes up .And the construction industry is not small and most site need the machine must be a few sites within a 30 radius.other sites have the jobs but indeed is now a let down .

Absolutely Appalling

Absolutely Appalling, they have changed their billing method which means you don't get to reject unsuitable applicants, therefore you are paying them money for nothing. We posted a job recently and had to stop it at 50 applicants as not one had the relative experience we quite clearly stated in the listing, we had to pay for all of them. The response I received was "well we cant stop people applying for jobs" whilst I understand that, they can stop charging companies for people who apply ...

Jobs advertised on a daily basis

Jobs advertised on a daily basis, very easy to upload your cv onto the site. Obviously some employers do not respond so that can be disheartening. I was fortunate to apply to an agency who looked at my cv on indeed and dealt me personally. This is the second time I have used indeed and I believe it’s a very easy site to use. It took one week before I had a new job offered. Good luck.

I was able to search jobs within the parameters I was looking for as well as view jobs that fit my skillset. The process to upload my resume was easy. The opportunity for my resume to be reviewed and seek assistance to enhance my resume was a plus. Easy to use website and app.

Convenient and Straightforward

I think Indeed does a great job at making it easy to apply to jobs. I wish there were more remote opportunities and easier to find them on indeed. It’s a bit confusing to customize the search to what I was needing. Example: some job had tabs part time but were full time in job description and vice versa. Overall, it was very easy to keep track of my applications and submit applications via Indeed and they will be my primary site for future job searches if needed.
