To make job searches easier
Job postings should be required to post the rate of pay. They should also be more accurate about what the job is. I have had several that talked about the company standards but not what job they need done.

I have continuously asked for “REMOTE” jobs only. Yet, they continue to send me onsite positions. I would very much like to participate in the job market. I need no medical pay or dental. I just want to work for someone who I can help and assist with work that is backed up. I only ask that they supply a computer and the software.
